Select Resource Usage Spreadsheet Fields
Select Resource Usage Spreadsheet fields is right-click Spreadsheet Fields

What a planner means
Select Resource Usage Spreadsheet fields is Oracle Select Resource Usage Spreadsheet fields. Right-click in the spreadsheet → Spreadsheet Fields. Choose one of the predefined spreadsheet fields, or choose Customize. It is a how-to. It is not stored as its own table. It does not create, edit, or delete a relationship. It is not the Resource Usage Spreadsheet object note, not Customize Resource Usage Spreadsheet columns, not View a spreadsheet of resource overallocation across all projects, not TASKPRED, not EPPM copied onto Professional, and not Microsoft Resource Usage field picker.
Oracle does print a how-to titled Select Resource Usage Spreadsheet fields. Oracle does not print a menu item named Select Resource Usage Spreadsheet fields. The path that how-to prints is right-click → Spreadsheet Fields. Do not invent View > Select Resource Usage Spreadsheet fields.
Oracle Select Resource Usage Spreadsheet fields (Professional):
- "Right-click in the spreadsheet, then choose Spreadsheet Fields. Choose one of the predefined spreadsheet fields, or, to customize the fields you want to display, choose Customize."
That how-to fetched prints no OK, no Apply, no Save, no Yes, and no named list of predefined fields. Do not invent those on this how-to.
The Resource Usage Spreadsheet is a different object note. Leave Resource Usage Spreadsheet as the object.
Customize Resource Usage Spreadsheet columns is a different how-to. Columns, Customize on the left and middle panes. Do not collapse Spreadsheet Fields onto that page. See Customize Resource Usage Spreadsheet Columns.
View a spreadsheet of resource overallocation across all projects is a different how-to. That page uses Spreadsheet Fields, Customize for Overallocated Early/Late Units. Do not collapse this onto that note. See View a Spreadsheet of Resource Overallocation Across All Projects.
Professional vs EPPM
Professional — right-click in the spreadsheet → Spreadsheet Fields; pick a predefined set or Customize. No OK / Apply on this how-to page.
EPPM web — the Professional how-to page is the source for this note. Do not invent an EPPM Spreadsheet Fields menu. Do not copy Professional right-click Spreadsheet Fields onto EPPM.
Primavera Cloud is a different product. Do not copy it here.
XER
The how-to is not an XER table. Oracle’s project XER map TOC has no RESOURCEUSAGE / RUSFIELDS table. Do not invent a view %T. Selecting spreadsheet fields does not write TASK. Layouts travel as .plf. A Viewer cannot reconstruct that the planner used this how-to.
Microsoft Project
Microsoft Project can pick Resource Usage fields. Do not map that as P6 Select Resource Usage Spreadsheet fields. Do not claim MPXJ writes a real MPP.
Don't
- Invent View > Select Resource Usage Spreadsheet fields, OK, Apply, Save, Yes, or a list of predefined field names.
- Collapse this onto Customize Resource Usage Spreadsheet columns, the overallocation spreadsheet how-to, or the Resource Usage Spreadsheet object.
- Copy Professional Spreadsheet Fields onto EPPM.
- Invent a RUSFIELDS XER table, or reconstruct the how-to from TASKRSRC.
- Map MSP Resource Usage fields as this how-to.
- Claim MPXJ writes a real MPP.
