View a Spreadsheet of Resource Allocation Across All Projects
View a spreadsheet of resource allocation across all projects is Show All Projects

What a planner means
View a spreadsheet of resource allocation across all projects is Oracle View a spreadsheet of resource allocation across all projects. Activities window; View, Show on Bottom, Resource Usage Spreadsheet (or Layout Options bar → Show on Bottom, Resource Usage Spreadsheet). Right pane Display Options bar → Show All Projects (a check next to Show All Projects means it is selected). Left pane Display Options bar → Select View, By Resource or By Role. It is a how-to. It is not stored as its own table. It does not create, edit, or delete a relationship. It is not the Resource Usage Spreadsheet object note, not Display the Resource Usage Spreadsheet, not View a spreadsheet of resource allocation for a specific project, not View a profile of resource allocation across all projects, not TASKPRED, not EPPM copied onto Professional, and not Microsoft Resource Usage.
Oracle does print a how-to titled View a spreadsheet of resource allocation across all projects. Oracle does not print a menu item named View a spreadsheet of resource allocation across all projects. The path that how-to prints is Show on Bottom, then Show All Projects. Do not invent View > View a spreadsheet of resource allocation across all projects.
Oracle View a spreadsheet of resource allocation across all projects (Professional):
- "In the right pane of the bottom layout window, click the Display Options bar and choose Show All Projects, if it is not already selected. A check next to Show All Projects indicates that it is selected."
- "To view total allocation by resource, click the Display Options bar in the left pane of the bottom layout window, then choose Select View, By Resource."
- "To view total allocation by role, click the Display Options bar in the left pane of the bottom layout window, then choose Select View, By Role."
- "In the Activities window, choose View, Show on Bottom, Resource Usage Spreadsheet."
- "You can also click the Layout Options bar, then choose Show on Bottom, Resource Usage Spreadsheet."
- "Dashes display in the cells of summary rows if your selection contains a mixture of labor/ nonlabor and material resources."
That how-to fetched prints no OK, no Apply, no Save, and no Yes. Do not invent those on this how-to.
The Resource Usage Spreadsheet is a different object note. Leave Resource Usage Spreadsheet as the object.
Display the Resource Usage Spreadsheet is a different how-to. Show on Bottom / Show on Top. See Display the Resource Usage Spreadsheet.
View a spreadsheet of resource allocation for a specific project is a different how-to. Do not collapse it onto Show All Projects.
View a profile of resource allocation across all projects is a different how-to. Resource Usage Profile. See View a Profile of Resource Allocation Across All Projects.
Professional vs EPPM
Professional — Activities; View, Show on Bottom, Resource Usage Spreadsheet; right pane Display Options bar → Show All Projects; left pane By Resource or By Role. No OK / Apply on this how-to page.
EPPM web — the Professional how-to page is the source for this note. Do not invent an EPPM Show All Projects spreadsheet control. Do not copy Professional Display Options bar onto EPPM.
Primavera Cloud is a different product. Do not copy it here.
XER
The how-to is not an XER table. Oracle’s project XER map TOC has no RESOURCEUSAGE / SHOWALLPROJECTS table. Do not invent a view %T. Show All Projects does not write TASK. Layouts travel as .plf. A Viewer cannot reconstruct that the planner used this how-to.
Microsoft Project
Microsoft Project can show Resource Usage across a file. Do not map that as P6 View a spreadsheet of resource allocation across all projects. Do not claim MPXJ writes a real MPP.
Don't
- Invent View > View a spreadsheet of resource allocation across all projects, OK, Apply, Save, or Yes.
- Collapse this onto Display the Resource Usage Spreadsheet, the specific-project spreadsheet how-to, the Resource Usage Profile all-projects how-to, or the Resource Usage Spreadsheet object.
- Copy Professional Show All Projects onto EPPM.
- Invent a SHOWALLPROJECTS XER table, or reconstruct the how-to from TASKRSRC.
- Map MSP Resource Usage as this how-to.
- Claim MPXJ writes a real MPP.
